Shipping

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.

We deliver within the European Union.

Shipping of all products on www.creativecotton.de within the EU is free of charge.

The processing time is typically 1-2 business days, and the shipping time within the EU is 3-4 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We work with the Austrian Post, and outside of Austria, DHL is our partner.

Please note that in exceptional cases, there may be delays in delivery, such as due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the goods are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Prices for our customers from Switzerland are shown without VAT and shipping fees.

For shipping to Switzerland, a shipping fee of 6.99 Euros per order will be charged. All taxes and customs duties are to be paid by the customer.

Returns:

If our product does not fully meet your expectations, you can return the product free of charge within 14 days without giving a reason.

Simply send an email to office@creativecotton.de with your request to return the product. We will promptly send you a free return label via email.

After receiving the return, we will inspect the item and refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Only unused and undamaged goods can be returned.
